We stand behind every item we sell and want you to be truly delighted with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original, unworn condition within 30 days, for a full refund or exchange - no questions asked. 

You must contact us within 7 days* of receiving your item and request a return. If Item shows signs of being worn we will charge a $50 cleaning and polishing fee.*( all return requests made after 7 days will receive store credit which can be applied to your next purchase)

*Free returns only apply to U.S customers and are limited to three per customer. Please note: There will be a $150 re-polishing fee if an engraved item is returned. To return an item, simply follow the Return Procedures listed below:

  1.       Login to your account. From my account page click on completed orders and click return item(s).

  2.      Advise us that you wish to return your order.

  3.      Within one business day of your return request we will email you a pre-paid, fully insured USPS 2-Day label, along with instructions on how to safely and securely package your items.

  4.      Take your order and the label to the nearest USPS location and simply mail it back to us!

  5.       Your order should arrive in our office in two business days (excludes weekends and holidays).

  6.       All refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and done in the form of the original purchase method. Bank wires will be refunded via company check.

  7. Cryptocurrency refunds will be given in original cryptocurrency purchase equal to current US dollar value at time of refund.

Improperly packaged items:

Items sent to our office without a order number, packages shipped beyond the 30-day return period, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.

Damaged and Used Items:

Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in "new and unused condition." Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by a jeweler other than GIACOBBE & CO will not be accepted.

Loose Diamonds:

Loose Diamonds must be accompanied by the original laboratory grading report or a $150 charge will be assessed to replace the certificate.

Eternity bands and tension rings:

Eternity bands and tension rings are non returnable they cannot be resized and must be completely re-manufactured. 


 Once you drop off your return at USPS, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to reach our warehouse.

Once the Fulfillment center has received and inspected your return (Usually within 24 hours of receipt) your refund will be issued within 1 business day and you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed. Please note, depending on your financial institution it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.

International customers will be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied or charged by their country, so please check with local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm taxes and duties.

* All Delivery times are Monday through Friday not including Saturday and Sunday

* Signature is Required For Delivery's over $100, regardless of any waivers you have from USPS.

* All packages are fully insured so you don’t need to be concerned with a lost package.

  APO/FPO Addresses

 * We will ship orders under $10,000 to APO and FPO addresses via USPS priority mail. The arrival times listed are for U.S. addresses and do not generally apply to APO and FPO addresses.

 Shipments Are Insured

 * We fully insure each order all the way to you. That means that when your order is in transit to you, shipment is always risk-free. For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for all Giacobbe & Co. orders over $100.00, regardless of any signature waivers you may have with USPS, FedEx.or UPS.

 Alternate Shipping Addresses

 * If you prefer, we can ship your order to an address other than your billing address. As a security precaution, we require that your alternate shipping address be on file with your credit card company. This step helps protect you from fraudulent charges to your credit card.

  Sales tax

 * Currently, sales tax is only collected on orders shipped to addresses in Colorado

*Online Returns do not apply to the following items:

  1. International returns.
  2. Non-USD currencies.
  3. Item(s) shipped over 30 days ago.
  4. Individual purchases over $2000.
  5. Exchanges, repairs, or resizing.
  6. Items that became damaged or defective after delivery.
  7. Engraved items 


*Single Jewelry Items $2000 or More:

Please call a GIACOBBE & CO Jewelry Consultant at 1 800-655-4206, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for individual items over $500, and items for exchange, repair, resize, or to report damage or defect. These cannot be set up online and require assistance. We recommend that you securely package your items in original packing materials, fully insured. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
